Essential Job Functions
- Work as a team on daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Manage the timely submissions and approvals for the organic state incentive process.
- Prepare and track outstanding documents needed to obtain state incentive approval.
- Monitor project flow and follow up with state incentive program administrators on issues to reduce cycle times.
- Upload all documents that are sent out and received into the CRM.
- Answer phone and email requests from peers, customers and state incentive program administrators.
- Update CRM activities with each step in the process.
- Support all organic state incentive submissions and receives (call, mail, email, and portal).

- Ability to deal with 30+ inquiries per day via inbound/outbound phone calls and email

- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and email
- Team player attitude a MUST!
- High-level of confidentiality
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge in Adobe Pro Knowledge in Google Email, Drive, Documents and Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and drug screen.

- Regular responsibilities include speaking, listening, standing, walking, using hands for handling or feeling, and reaching with arms.
- Occasionally, the employee may need to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally is required. Vision requirements include close, distance, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Base Salary
$16—$20 USD
